The plaque looks even better in person. Todd quality of work is impeccable. He is very responsive and willing to work with different designs. I will definitely recommend him. And the best thing is made in the 🇺🇸.

I would highly recommend using this item as a gift for anyone who is to receive an award. The entire process from beginning to end was spectacular. From speaking with the customer service representative, tracking, receiving the product on time, and finally the top quality of the item, were more than I could ask for.

What a good job! I'm very happy with the quality of the plaque, but mostly with the customer service. Communication was excellent from the Creative Engraver. He made sure that what I ordered is what I wanted. And, trying to make sure I received the item in time for a retirement reception, he assured me it would be made quickly and shipped right away. I was very pleased, and would recommend to anyone.
