I would highly recommend using this item as a gift for anyone who is to receive an award. The entire process from beginning to end was spectacular. From speaking with the customer service representative, tracking, receiving the product on time, and finally the top quality of the item, were more than I could ask for.

What a good job! I'm very happy with the quality of the plaque, but mostly with the customer service. Communication was excellent from the Creative Engraver. He made sure that what I ordered is what I wanted. And, trying to make sure I received the item in time for a retirement reception, he assured me it would be made quickly and shipped right away. I was very pleased, and would recommend to anyone.

I had never ordered a custom item on Etsy so I was a bit leery. However this seller, directed me step by step, he was very patient with a newbie. The product was absolutely beautiful and I believer our retiree will love it! This was the example but it looks better in person. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely keep it in mind for the next retiree, coming soon. Oh, and the delivery was so fast! I expected to wait a while but it was so fast!
