I sent my mother a photo of the ornaments as soon as I ordered them, and she loved them so much that she wanted one for her own tree! Todd responded right away and included an additional ornament in the original order so we wouldn't have to pay extra shipping. I've since ordered a custom plaque for my father-in-law (who works for a different department), and the finished product is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined!
