Excellent communication, and the item was made AND shipped faster than I could have hoped for! It looked exactly like the picture that was sent to me for approval. Overall beyond satisfied with the product, the seller and the whole process. I just wish there were more sizes available 😊

Ordered 2 plaques. Great workmanship, great quality. Etching a picture on the plaque looked really nice. I highly recommend this seller for outstanding customer service.

I commissioned a piece for a retirement gift for a long time WV State Park employee and had to have it 2 weeks. From start to finish this ordering process was flawless. He was able to accommodate my ask of doing the retirement plaque on the WV state cut out, he included the logo, and all the verbiage I requested and then had it to me within 2-3 days of ordering. This piece wowed everyone! My only regret is not taking more pictures of the final piece and the retiree’s reaction upon receiving it.
